Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website or use our app. They help us keep the website functioning properly, remember your session, and anonymously analyse visitor behaviour.
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function and, with your consent, analytical cookies. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies.
2. Who places the cookies?
Short-Post is a trade name of Biz-View, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 99865017.

We are responsible for cookies placed by Short-Post itself. For third-party cookies (such as Google Analytics), the respective third party is responsible.
3. Which cookies do we use?
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the basic functionality of the app. Without them you cannot log in or use the service. No consent is required for these cookies (legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of contract).

3.2 Analytical cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 for anonymous visitor statistics on our marketing website. IP addresses are anonymised. We ask for your consent before placing these cookies.

Google may process this data on servers outside the EU. Transfer to the US is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). We also have a data processing agreement with Google and have enabled IP anonymisation. See also Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Consent and management
On your first visit to our website we display a cookie banner. Through the banner you can accept or decline analytical cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always placed.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing cookies through your browser settings and reloading the page, the banner will appear again.
Clearing cookies via your browser:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data → See all cookies and site data → Delete all
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data
Note: clearing necessary cookies (such as the Supabase auth session) means you will need to log in again.
5. Cookies and the GDPR
We process data via cookies in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet). For more information on how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes
We may update this cookie policy when we start using new cookies or when required by law. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the current version. For material changes we will notify you via the app or by email.
